This rack consists of a carrier composed of Ø 22 mm pipes, which are properly bent and welded to two horizontal steel pipes Ø 48 mm. At the ends of the horizontal pipes, 80 x 5 sheet metal flanges are welded, which are drilled so that they can be attached to the side concrete supports made of sandblasted concrete (with M12 threaded bushings); the fastening of the concrete supports and steel flanges is carried out using TE M12 x 25 stainless steel screws.
The stand for 9 bikes is divided into 2 parts connected by center plates that provide better support.
All metal parts are galvanized and coated with thermosetting polyester powders and are available in various RAL colours. The screws are made of stainless steel.
