The fitness structure consists of a galvanised and painted steel structure, which consists of Ø 121 mm posts and Ø 48 mm crossbars.
The structure includes 7 different stations:
– Vertical ebrík to stretch the back and shoulder muscles and strengthen the abdomen and legs;
– 2 horizontal ladders to strengthen the upper body and abdominal muscles, using your own body weight as resistance;
– 3 traction bars, placed at different heights, to exercise the muscles of the back, arms and torso.
Complete with base plates for fixing to the floor with dowels or with the possibility of extending the supports for fixing to the floor with grouting.
