Fitness construction made of galvanized and powder-coated steel, composed of Ø 121 mm struts and Ø 33 beams.
The station contains various exercises:
– Bench to strengthen the abdominal muscles and chest, using a bar at the top of the bench to perform pull-ups.
– Ladder for stretching the back, shoulders and for strengthening the abdominal muscles and legs.
– 3 bars with different heights to exercise your back, arms and back.
– Parallel bars for balance exercises and for strengthening the arms, chest and abdominal muscles with body weight.
The structure is equipped with base plates for anchoring to the ground with screws or extended supports for concreting in the ground.
