Fitness construction made of galvanised and powder-coated steel, composed of Ø 121 mm struts and Ø 48 beams.
The station allows for a variety of exercises:
- BENCH PRESS to strengthen the abdominal muscles and chest, using the upper bench to perform pull-ups
– LADER for stretching the back and shoulders to strengthen the abdominal muscles and legs
– 3 bars with different heights for exercising your back muscles and shoulders
– BALANCE BENCH to improve balance, coordination and lower body strengthening
The structure is equipped with base plates for anchoring to the ground with screws or with the help of extended supports for concreting in the ground.
